A FESTIVAL OF FOOD IDEAS
WHAT IS FŌDA?
FŌDA is a two-day festival that will take place at Arnolfini and along the quay on 27 and 28 September 2025.
The event is about the intersection of food industry professionals, grassroots organisations, and people who are passionate about food and bringing these people together.
We will host panels, interactive discussions, specialised workshops, networking opportunities, and showcase the best food and drink the UK has to offer, celebrating localism.
OUR EVENT
SATURDAY 27TH SEPTEMBER
Our open market, showcase local supplier and producers. There will be food to try and buy on the day.
SUNDAY 28TH SEPTEMBER
We will host panels, interactive discussions, specialised workshops, networking opportunities, and showcase the best food and drink the UK has to offer, celebrating localism.
OUR PANEL
On Sunday 28th, our amazing panel of experts will be hosted by the brilliant Xanthe Clay and feature three inspiring speakers, each sharing their ideas and stories in 15-minute talks.

Chef lead - discussion about different types of salt including tasting workshop
FAT
Producer lead - discussion about
different types of fats
BITTER
Discuss food policy and issues
such as regenerative vs organic farming
SWEET
Include community action groups on the panel and discuss the good work they do
